Today I was talking to my friend about the way this whole poly thing seems to work.

It made me realize something interesting. 

I like James on a scale from 1 to James

I like Marti on a scale from 1 to Marti

These scales are not comparable, there is no way to translate a value on one scale to a value on the other; in fact my feelings for each are utterly unique to each person. 

I know this was the right choice- I just feel so unbelievably happy, so full of love.
